What is a Balayage hair colour?

Balayage is basically a French colouring method which was developed in the 1970s. It is a wonderful technique in which colour is used over the hairs via hands by using the cap highlighting or traditional foiling methods. You can use Balayage hair colour over the short hairs but you can get the best result in the hairs which are below the shoulders.
